Refund Policy

• Unfortunately, given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if a product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us. We are committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience and enjoy our products. Send us an email, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

• All returned products are discarded for sanitary reasons

• Our soaps are made in small batches and cut individually. As a result, the size, colors, and design of the bars may vary. However, the composition of the formula is always the same.

• Our products come with a complete list of ingredients. Please read it carefully, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. In the event that you experience any discomfort, discontinue use immediately.
